Any other 'Roast Beefs' or 'Tea-lovers' (new one I was called at work last week!) up for a Parisian jaunt in 8 weeks time?

I'm going, with Paula Johnny Giles is all booked up I've just booked tickets for Sloppy Zidane and Welsh headcase Mad Darren A semi-naked Gordie has pitched in, with his minder, Gary. Paul Mickey Disco Carbury is gonna be in the area with Tania. Alex the Red and half that lot from the pub we sat outside in Manc last weekend will be blagging the guestlist..

Anyone else?

Last time I was booked up to see NO in Paris my lovely lady of 5 and a half years left me the night before we were due to fly out. I now have a new lovely lady and I don't intend tempting fate. I won't be in Paris, but hope y'all have a great time.

City of Luurv and all that, though Grahame!

I wondered why J******* S**** had 2 spare places on the guest-list last time around! ;)

The best bit about it was when after telling me it was over she said "I take you'll still go to Paris".....couldn't quite see the attraction of rattling about the most romantic city in the world on my own having just been dumped! Even more fun was having to unpack my case, change all my unspent travellers cheques and phone J******** S**** to tell him thanks but no thanks for the guest list. But hey, I ain't bitter.

Think I'm gonna have to take out a bank loan - cos I definitely fancy goin to Paris and Dublin with you crazy guys:nod: If I can't make it - I'll probably be in some woods somewhere with a bottle of meths in a brown paper bag - chilling with some wino's and singing Temptation!

Dave, you should get a confirmation by e-mail from fnac.fr

Here's how to navigate through the site. Mailed this to a couple of mates last night..

Go to http://www.fnac.fr/billetel/html/seances?codman=NEWOR Click 'reservations' button Do the number of tickets you want (leave Carte Bancaire checked) Press 'Reserver' button Press 'Validation finale' button Next page, leave the bit at the top - it's for registered users only, I think? Fill in personal details below - name, christian name, address, postcode, etc with your E-MAIL address in 'Adresse Elect. (this is used for confirmation). Continue till you get a secure server - put your c/c details and expiry date. Next screen has a load of French on it from what I remember - you want to click 'ici' which takes you to another screen to confirm. Confirm again, then you'll get some red writing basically asking you to 'wait' and then you should get a receipt on the screen, and a receipt via e-mail.

Get yerself there Jaap - just because Sparta have been taking a few batterings recently, doesn't mean you can hide !

Well, Tim, if that's not enough yet..... ;)

Oh my, Sparta will go down! Probably not go directly to the 2nd division of Dutch football (called 'first division' ha ha typically dutch!). But it will have to play the playoffs against three 2nd division teams (winner will go to or stay in premier division, called 'eredivisie'). For the third time in four years....... hope they will survive???

Good that you remind me.... it's possible Sparta will have a match on 26 May for this playoffs....

If not, then I will buy a ticket!!! SEE YOU THERE then??

Hope so!

BR Jaap/Jim
