Just got this months Viz, there is a spoof column called State of the Nation - Britainss Brightest column for people who really like New Order
It has 4 stories that just end in something unrelated like `New Order were not hurt in the earthquake as they were thousands of miles away in Manchester at the time. Not amazingly funny (as Viz isnt) but i thought worth a mention
in the late 80's when viz was quite funny, they had a piis take of the smash hits type posters, with new order, but just their legs, the other page was missing, again not very funny, and probably not worth a mention, but I could do with upping my post count and you started it!!:D

I used to buy VIZ years ago,and there was this one issue where Roger Mellie,The Man On The telly has to present this Top Of The Pops-like show and introduce this next band,with their new single "Blue Sunday" ....
"and here they are.........THIRD REICH!"
Yeah well actually, having now read the rest of it, its quite funny for a change. Some good spoof stories and the letters page is great. Mind you, the next 6 issues will probably be shit as a result! 
If you're compiling cartoon appearances there's the Great Pop Things cartoon of JD farting in the back of the tour van.
