Jesus Christ. I though Factory effectively went BUST??? Perhaps all their money went into Wilson's pad rather than the Hacienda, eh??

There was a programme on the Beeb about that place 1yr - 18 months ago. Crammed full of Fac / Hac memorabilia. Wonder if the buyer can get a good deal on him leaving fixtures and fittings.

I saw that program, loadsa NO stuff, nice fluffy cat, lovely blue tiled shower, city ambience type of place, even got to see "Madame's" room, if I recall.

Is it really AHW's flat? if so why's he selling?? :confused3:

Iain Smedders actually went there.

He won some stuff from the Hacienda auction a few years back and had to go round to Wilson's in person to collect!
