well, to tell you the truth there´s a small zone in the Patagonia that was chosen by welsh inmigrants to raise their towns. however that was ages ago and even if the actual inhabitants descend from the elder welsh i´m not sure they speak welsh that often. besides they´re just a couple of towns near the Atlantic Ocean coast, not the entire Patagonia! so have that in mind. having said that the whole Patagonian zone deserves to be visited, fantastic landscapes! :thumb:
