It's totally obvious it's a bootleg! You just don't expect the likes of HMV to be selling them - they've been selling it for years and have never been challenged on it. It's at least 7 years since I saw a copy in the Worcester branch and told the staff it was a bootleg, they told me I was wrong, and that HMV didn't sell illegal recordings!

I admit I have that cd-no idea it is a boot. Even bought it at a legit record store for like $13.99....
