I have not seen 24HPP yet... and the cinema's round 'ere are shite and not showing it. I'm gonna have to wait for the vid i think...... .. . . . :(

Aye Major Wonderboy - it's a great film, some ropey bits and too much dependance of laddish slapstick for my liking in places, but my girl Charley thought John Simm (as Barney) was hot - she was almost hyperventilating at one point!! You'll enjoy it I think......though seeing Coogan/Wilson non-stop through the whole thing does tend to grate after a while. Can't help thinking that the whole idea of the film was a further ego-trip for the pompous old sod anyway. But a goodie nevertheless!

I too caught it on Monday - thought I'd pop back into the forum to see what other folks thought of it too. I think its a good film it's obviously meant as a bit of a satire anyway, so it sortof straddles a thin line between factual events and farce in my opinoin... didn't see much of Gillian in it however - and we were told she was featured quite a lot throughout the New Order scenes. Looks as if they did a lot of editing of the final cut by the sounds of it.
