And seriously, burn yourself a copy of Movement with this tracklisting and try to tell me it doesn't flow and that you don't love it.

  1. Ceremony (7 Inch Version)
  2. In A Lonely Place
  3. Procession
  4. Everything's Gone Green
  5. Cries & Whispers
  6. Mesh
  7. Dreams Never End
  8. Truth
  9. Senses
  10. Chosen Time
  11. ICB
  12. The Him
  13. Doubts Even Here
  14. Denial
  15. Temptation
  16. Hurt

Now that's a solid timeline. Some of New Order's best stuff right there.

 Bit long for a NO album, though... I'd go with:

  1. Truth

  2. Procession

  3. Mesh

  4. Dreams Never End

  5. ICB

  6. Cries & Whispers

  7. Denial

  8. Chosen Time

Thus (almost) sticking to the no singles on albums policy...

i have to admit to that I do indeed love every new order album, just in varying degrees.

Well, true it's long for an actual release, but it fits nicely onto a CD. Have it in my stereo as we speak actually.

i can't listen to most of movement and i rarely listen to republic. definitely their low points with few good songs on them. i think both albums were made during times when new order were unsure about their sound, and the results weren't good.

(I do rather like Special, though.) Someday those two albums will find a place in my library, but they aren't priorities However, the Pogues' reissues are!

you can't be frank because i am. love them all except that last piece of crap they tried to pass off as a New Order Record (WFTSC)

Love? No, I'm a frayed knot.& I wouldn't say I dislike any one of them either.Republic & WFTSC are my least favourites, with WFTSC containing probably two of the worst N.O. tracks there are IMO,but they're still N.O. & that's all that matters.I love N.O. :thumb:
