Everything's Gone Green...

Douglas Copeland is a great author, can't wait to see what this is like - has anyone read 'Girlfriend in a coma' with all it's smiths references casually thrown in as part of the story and new order always on the radio? One of my favourite books of all time.

There was another film called everything's gone green about a man who didn't leave his office for 15 years. NOt seen it myself but I heard the track got it's name when they NO came out the studio after working all night and in the early morining sun it seemed like everything had gone green. Wondered if that was what sparked the idea for the film?

I agree, Douglas Coupland is fantastic. The whole reason I got introduced to his stuff is that a friend recommended Girlfriend in a Coma because of the Smiths and NO references.

It's about time Coupland was involved with a film! This should be good, I hope!

Never head of the guy. I will read his stories sometime.
