I'm still waiting to hear from Vik...

I gave Hooky C1, CEP, C2 and also a CDR of some remixes of The Village... I wanted to ask him to play either No Love Lost or your remix of The Village in Toronto, but he left so quickly I was unable to tell him...

Oh well :(

Who knows, it might be included in a DJ set near you. Now that he actually has more than one CD, he might use one for his binder.

I just woke up (3:00pm) with a pretty bad hang over.

Last night was brilliant!! It's hard to remember specific tracks but there were a few remixes that I've never heard. Hooky played from aboout 12:30am to 3:00am. I really not sure that the venue was right but he got the crowd going with fists in the air. He finished with Regret, Sirens and Temptation.

Right before he left the booth I was able to get him to sign my C2 CD. I also finally got to ask why he picked my song and he said "...Because it sounded great man...". Should have got the night on vid but I forgot my camera... sorry guys.

Hooky was brilliant and now I can't wait for Control, Freebass and the next NO Record.

Thanks for a great evening Peter!!

Just got back from an extended US trip, great night in Calgary, it sounds like you had a good one Jim. What is the lionk for your blog? As in Vancouver he was totally accomodating and remembered a few of us from last year. The venue was spot on and after thinking there wouldn't be much of a crowd the place was mobbed.

Anybobty have a link to the Moby temptation.

Tell me about it... got back home at 4 am, obviously I was late for work the next day since no radio alarm could wake me up.

Lucky for me, my job is not strict on my working hours... and my work does not compromise other people most of the time.
