Yep Barney did the Bez dance nearly a whole year before that "landmark ","classic" etc etc blah blah :yawn: TOTP edition in Nov 89 when the Mondays and the Roses were on .

What is the Bez dance? Was that dance popular in clubs at one time? I'm clueless.

Bez danced on stage with the Happy Mondays.

Apparently this was a quite controversial performance of Barney's. As I recall it led to accusations of the BBC promoting the drug culture.
