for regulars out there, there's always been some recuring themes and ideas running through all these threads...so i suggest we make up some drinking games. mind you, i'm not much of a drinker, but this sounds like fun. i don't this has been done before(hopefully it hasn't), so i'll start.

take a drink every time someone asks about a u.s. tour. take a drink for every time someone comments about barney's "breasts" take a drink everytime someone comments either one or all of the members' weight problems. take a drink for every time someone comments on how rock the shack is crap take a drink for everytime someone comments on barney's sucky lyrics take two drinks if the said complaint about barney's lyrics is on the song "state of the nation" or "slow jam" take a drink for every post that begins with "hi, i'm new to new order and i was wondering if you could recommend a good record (or song)by them" or something like that. take a drink for every thread that is about "your most hated..." something take three drinks if this thread had fifty plus posts. take a drink for everytime someone asks about the crystal video. take two drinks if someone admits they have a crush on the fake singer on the crystal video.

I was just wondering......does anyone know if New Order will be touring America this year? the reason I ask is, lately the band seem to be ageing considerably, I mean, just look at the size of Barney's tits, and Hooky's waistline! Barney's lyrics have become a bit of a joke (if you ask me) I mean Rock The Shack - that's just a piss take innit? It's nearly as bad as State Of The Nations lyrics! The last album, just didn't sound like the old new order, crystal is a poor mans walking on sunshine, and the video is just hideous - it wasn't new order was it? Does anyone know who they were? That singer was a bit of alright! Ian would be astonished at the way the band has deteriorated since he went away, I mean, could you imagine Ian Curtis releasing a song for the England football team? I certainly can't!!! Joy Division set-list were short and sweet - can't say that about New Order can we? 18 songs? they're takin the piss! back to the good ole days with 6 songs, and an encore (if yer lucky) Just what is Benie playing at?? I've had just about enough as I can take from Bernie & Co, but I suppose it's still better than being a Cure fan, or even Depish Mode, but I say bring back Ian! where is the bastard anyway? he wouldn't have written pish like State of The Nation, Rock The Shack, Slow Jam!! I blame Bernie totally, he wants to cut out the Pernod, and get on a diet with Hooky to solve their weight problems, they need to be more like Stephen! (I mean - you don't hear Steve whooping to Ian's songs....do you?) Come on New Order - do something decent fer a change!

Well thank you so frigging very much Sugar Bear...after reading your last post, I am now completely, and utterly, drunk off my Texas ass...I had been meaning for this 12 pack of beer to last me today and tomorrow...but now I fear I shall have to stagget my sorry, drunk ass to the beer store. Oh, but wait, they won't sell it to an intoxicated person...so Shug...now I'm really pissed at you...
