Who's "Who's Joe?"?

Have just noticed on the penultimate page of threads (page 301), a thread started by someone whose profile name is "Who's Joe?". This dates back to 02 August 2001, i.e. well before WFTSC. Was this the inspiration for the WFTSC song title or did someone subsequently change their profile name resulting in the thread details being updated automatically?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

It's a little known fact that the band trawl the pages of nool to look for monikers to name their songs....I for one can't wait for the release of Cheesy Burek on the up coming Jeffari album

there's bound to be a song called Minx on there.
