Hardfloor Mix is very good... respect for the original song and respect for acid house, an expert reinterpretion... how can you not at least like it?
My fave remix of BM as well...
Although the Plutone Reggae mix is a close, if very very different 2nd...
It's a good one, I like the edit.
But is it the best? The Manuella mix is pretty enjoyable as well.

Class remix and Hardfloor really did the track justice.
Can't say I'm all that arsed with any of the other BM-95 mixes except maybe the electro'd Plutone mix. The reggae inspired Andrea remix is very redundant... reminded me of the Sly & Robbie Ruined In A Day efforts I.e. pish.
When you put the Hardfloor 12" next to the Blue Monday 1988 12" you can clearly see a remixer who's actually made an effort rather than simply speeding up the original and inserting a few silly ice-crunching samples.
John Potoker and Quincy Jones should've been shot for those '88 mixes 
I love the Hardfloor mix too and it is definately the best remix NO have had done - including and in particular BM '88! It's a mystery to me why Mike Pickering never included it on the Retro boxed set and overall Hardfloor's own singles - like Acperience for example, remixes for Morry Kante, Bassheads, Robert Armani etc. and DJ work is the dogs b******'s IMHO.

You've got it right about Hardfloor Ally mate and Oliver Bonzio and Ramon Zenker are certainly no Eurotrash Dance duo. They love the old skool Chicago Acid House sound and have worked with the likes of Chicago House legends DJ Pierre and Earl 'Spanky' Smith - who are Phuture 303 and incidently created one of the first Acid House records Acid Trax in '85 on their own tracks since Acperience came out in '92. I think they've released some new stuff recently so may investigate as and when. Cheers!
Like this version,very trancy.They played this version at M.E.N. Arena 1998 (?) Xmas gig with Underworld.
