Seeing as the "Attack of the Clones" critique seemed to get lost in the upgrade, let's all revise it now! Here's a topic to get you started: Does it seem like George Lucas has a almost obscene fasinaction with severing the right hands of both Anakin and Luke Skywalker?

The moment when Luke lost his right hand and then got it back about ten seconds later was the moment when I wrote off the whole business.

It's all a load of fookin' bollocks, and you lot who pay good money to watch it only perpetuate the shite.....

Ani lost more than his hand there bubs...more like most of his frigging arm...look again...that wound is above his elbow...but Yoda looked like Bruce Lee on crack!!!

Why does the summary show 8 replies when there are really only 4?

Haven't seen it AOTC, and probably won't for a while(sometimes I don't feel like battling the crowds in the theaters). It HAS to be better than the last one, which I saw on video and bored me to sleep pretty quickly.

Will probably settle for Unfaithful, even though Richard Gere is in it, because Diane Lane is in it. Anybody here EVER seen that punk rock movie she was in (The Fabulous Stains) that had Paul Cook, Steve Jones, and Paul Simonon in it?

I saw it twice, once because I wanted to, and then I took my neighbor's son so she didn't have to take off work...it's tons better than Episode one...but that wouldn't take much...most Jackie Chan movies are better than Epi I...

It was the shortest 2 hour and 20 minute movie I have ever been to. When it was over, I didn't realize just how long I had been in my seat. My biggest complaint was how they would jump from action scene...to the complete drivel that is the romance between Ani and Padme...

oh...and didn't have to wait in line either time...on line ticket sales are probably the greatest invention ever....

hell, for the second showing I went to...we had the entire row of seats all to ourselves...

So did I.

I felt the same when I left the theater.

Well, I thought the romance part sucked a bit. But seeing Yoda fighting was awesome.

I missed a lot the omitted scenes, though.

yes...Yoda hopping around like Bruce Lee on crack was quite entertaining...likely the best bit in the whole thing...

one other complaint was the sudden ending...but it sets up episode 3 quite nicely...already looking forward to the duel between Obi-wan and Ani...
