Something that's (very sadly) bugged me for a while is that all the lyrics I have seen for 'Run' refer to the word 'town':
Answer me Why won't you answer me I can't recall the day that I last heard from you Well you don't get a TOWN like this for nothing So here's what you've got to do You work your way to the top of the world Then you break your life in two
I've always thought that Barney sounded more like he was singing the word 'Tan' - as in Suntan. Which would kind of make sense, especially as Technique was partly put together in Ibiza.
Having been in a situation where a really crap period of my life was followed by a great 2 weeks in the Med getting some booze, sun, sand etc it kind of makes sense to me...!! :)
Anyone else think the same?
