I was listening to my Yahoo! radio when a song with a familiar bass sound was played, it was Wish Upon A Dog Star, the track which is launching the album Ultra Payloaded, to be released at the end of the month. I still haven't realised if this is the only track where Hooky plays but it sounds great, especially his bass, it's fantastic, great rhythm work. He also co-wrote the song. You can hear it streaming on Satellite Party's MySpace where there's a link to the video too (Hooky does not appear though).

Listening to Dog Star now...I hope this is a massive hit worldwide-it deserves to be and Gwen Stefani should hang her head in shame for not pushing her record company to release The Real Thing as a single and putting Barney's vocals a bit higher up in the mix of that song...oops, just realized I might've hijacked this thread slightly

Mind you, I'd prefer to get it as a single(assuming it gets put out as one)and they'd better stick Hooky's name in the credits on the cover or they'll cop plenty of crap from all of us here

Thats abit harsh, some people here might like janes addiction or porno for pyros, so could be intrested in future Perry Farell work.
