I'll get them. Other than Heart and Soul I still don't have Unknown Pleasures and Closer on CD.

I ain't buying...period...no matter what...well...if they throw in some free airfare to England...I might...
Hmmm... maybe wait a couple of months until they are reduced in price to below a tenner...
Then leave it a year and grab them in the bargain bin ![]()

Andres - I'm going to try to blag a few copies of everything mate ;)
Cheers for the support 'over there' ![]()
Makes me wish I was still working at Tower Records (and they were still around) cause I was very tight with my Warner label rep. I would prolly get promos of all the remasters-for FREE!!!

Nope, that's already out. Not offical Factory or London release, it comes in two versions - one is white vinyl, the other is a picture disc.
...and both are bootlegs (in case it wasn't obvious). There's even a pretty good recent Sordide Sentimentale (bootleg) package doing the rounds, with inserts too!
There seems to be a vinyl free-for-all these days for the bootleggers, do no labels/bands care? Strange.
More interested in a NO set of reissues and a proper boxset truth be told. They've scraped the JD barrel so much they've surely broken down to the one below it by now.
Aside from a few obscure live bits and bobs what will this lot really have that Heart And Soul didn't?
...double pack with a photograph, extra track and a tacky badge?

An incorrect tracklisting and rubbish packaging... That's what I'm expecting...

Damn right. Is it really necessary that every time one of the gang moves a muscle we get bombarded with rererererepackages? I'll save my money for something more worthwhile. Like a used condom.

I've gotten them, including the new Sordide Sentimental. The band probably doesn't care, and the labels probably don't even know.

Anyone notice it says "Ceremony"? Hopefully it'll be a fully recorded version where you can hear Ian!
A man can dream...

Sadly, i'd bet its the same version as is on Heart and Soul--particularly given the fact that this "best of" being advertised is simply yet another bootleg.
Unless, of course, they had a seance during the sessions for the Control soundtrack.
Well, remember Warner contacted me to ask some people if they had good quality live recordings?
I think this will be the novelty on this box set, otherwise, Heart & Soul is all you need.
Unless they release them with extras and DVD (with 5.1 sound), I don't see the point for hardcore fans... they want to cash in with Control obviously.
Pointlessly cashing in on the back catalogue?
Just proves they may be broken up, but New Order is still in top form!

You mean like Best of & Rest of & International?
But you might have a point, I just hope its like past projects and not a true sign of a split.

I like the way that the HMV experts recommend "Suicide". Bit fucking insensitive!
