Excuse me for being pedantic, but the skies were sunny the day Ian's body was discovered. I just reread Touching from a distance, that's how i know. Oh, what unemployment does to you.

True, but to quote the 'slate grey sky' bit in the article - isn't that something to do with the fact that Corbijn shot the whole film in black and white? :confused2:

Hooky and Steve did say it was all lies anyway

I got a question about the movie Control...

Will there an OST album and what are the songs and who are the artist? (Sorry for being ignorant, if i am, about this one.)

Thanks.

It's not been made public yet - apparently The Killers will be on there covering Joy Division, and there's supposed to be some new New Order stuff (as Joy Division) as well... We await with baited breath!

Wow! Thanks dude. That would be cool. The Killers rock, and for me, the best rock group to come out since 2000!

If you have more infos on this, please post it. Can't wait for it.

Indeed!

Per JD Central, this is what appears in the movie. No idea if it's all going to be on an OST album:

Drive-in Saturday - David Bowie 2hb - Roxy Music The Jean Genie - David Bowie Sister Midnight - Iggy Pop Problems (live) - Sex Pistols No Love Lost - Joy Division Evidently Chicken Town - John Cooper Clarke (hardly a "song" as such of course) Leaders Of Men - "Joy Moviesion" (i.e. Sam Riley et al) Boredom - The Buzzcocks Digital - "Joy Moviesion" Transmission - "Joy Moviesion" Insight - "Joy Moviesion" She's Lost Control - "Joy Moviesion" Candidate - "Joy Moviesion" What Goes On - Velvet Underground Disorder - "Joy Moviesion" Atmosphere - Joy Division Shadowplay - The Killers

  • the four or so NO instrumentals.

Atmosphere and the Killers' cover play during the credits, so there'll be enough time to evacuate the cinema before the latter starts playing. :evil4:
