The other cool thing about the earlier music on CSI (Miami?) is that some of the background stuff is written by the guy who used to be in SPK who, incidentally, set fire to someone's hair when I went to see them back in '83. 
Bizarre Love Triangle(and The Cure's A Forest)was on an episode of Cold Case from a case file based in 1987...good spotting in regards to the incidental music on the early episodes of CSI Miami as well.

Yes, that's the guy.
I was amazed when I found out the work he'd done since SPK.
I have a bundle of SPK vinyls somewhere - I bought them cheap last year from someone's garage.
Well, I was never into them but like their album cover-art. I vaguely remember seeing this weird way-out duo on Australian TV quite often in the 80s - the other member, I think, some Asian chick remined me of a cross between Nina Hagen & Yoko Ono - scary, arty, weird & highly sexualised :p but she was def. a lil too weird for me :)
