I'd heard of the song before in connection to NO, but never actually listened to it. Pretty blatant thievery.
With all respect, New Order knicked the rhythm for Blue Monday anyway - as Bobby Orlando producer of the Divine masterpiece was well aware - being into gay disco as he was! I also recommend Divine's 'Shake It Up'

i suppose it's big of them not to sue everyone, especially with all the bitching that the band and its fans do about absolutely EVERYONE ripping them off. plus, i suppose Factory didn't have huge coffers for legal battles during the olden days.
