I had the pleasure of receiving my copy of David Nolan's book yesterday and I was very pleased to see that everybody signed it!
I almost feel back at high school ;)

Nolan's will be the signature you can't read. Thank god for typewriters - the book would look like a big prescription if it was in Nolan's writing!
