There is a german order rumour, that Chris has about 90 holidays this year. So I think, it's ok for him to travel a little bit to a cinema. :D

My holidays are for my children and fuerteventura, not for Tuebingen:)

If I had such a convenient intercity transportation system, I wouldn't mind to travel.

The nine month train strike isn't finished.

I think, in a few days the train strike is over.

I thought the same half year ago. But I think, they will strike again. But it seems to be more an east german thing, isn't it? :D

I've seen the english version already in September at a festival in Cologne. Some differences in the translation.

E: "You all forgot Rudolf Hess!" G: "Wer erinnert sich an Rudolf Hess?" But it isn't censored.

Bernard is showing the ideal ep cover. Ian: E: "It's provocative!" G: "Das ist etwas zum nachzudenken!"

that's actually fairly accurate then, no?

(think in the original, what Ian says about the cover is: "that's thought-provoking"... though you're right, I guess the first line should have been: "Ihr habt alle Rudolf Hess vergessen" or something)

your translation is right. but the germans still have a problem with everything that reminds to the dark times of german history. so maybe that is the fact why they syncronize [?] it wrong. but maybe it looks better if the syncronizer says that instead of the right tune...

the film is only performing in bigger towns. so that people like me, or Der Chris, have to drive a long time to see the movie.

and i think the the translation of the movie is for the :moon:

Another Example without politics:

E: We are Joy Division, your are the crowd. G: Wir sind Joy Division, ihr seid die Fans.

Well, at least you guys can appreciate both the English and German versions
