Our Old Friend alifetimescon has relisted his er 2nd copy of Transmission signed by Ian. Despite his listing stating that he has never seen one up for sale in all his years of collectiing and this being a unique item his credibility goes up his own arse as he sold another one of these a few months ago, he has now admitted to me it was er June last year, but I am sure it was more like nov, but who are we to argue over the Rolls Royce of Joy Division Collectables. Er not unless your making them every 3 months. Anyway can I leave it up to the Good People in this Forum to do what they can to enure that this listing gets the money and bids it deserves, lets try for a cool million this time.

Well he did, but some contributors of this site, no names mentioned, kept bidding and bidding till it reached £2000 and then didn't pay, they may have even set up some special ebay accounts just for the occasion???? God don't you just hate it when the conner gets conned!!!
Has anyone reported him to EBay and has anything been done about it?
I feel so sorry for the people he's ripping off. Mind you, if they can afford a couple of hundred quid or more for a 7" single...
Looks like he's figured that out now Terry - he now only allows bids from people with a Paypal account 
Oh, and if it was real, David Sultan would have already bid on it. However, David's probably compared the signature to his other autographed Joy Division items...
Terry, for as obsessed as you are with this ebay item, instead of posting it here and complaining, why not spend yer time to report it to eBay? Would do alot more good...
I suppose no one will ever know. That's silly money though! I love collecting autographs of people I admire but I certainly wouldn't think about shelling wads out.

Pity I was too cool to get autographs the only one i ever got was Nico's cos she insisted on it, but thats another story ;) Poor old Nico BTW she was really nice, generous with the marlboro's too :) now where's me felt tips....
