any good mp3 file sharing programs anyone?

it's freaking great that my computer broke down a few weeks ago and we replaced it. but that now means that all my mp3s are gone...so anyone know a good file sharing program? the stuff i'm looking for is basically the mp3s that were taken off this site (i doubt the webmasters would put them back...space restrictions and all) and others i haven't been able to find.

I just got an mp3 Encoder, so tell me what you need, and I will E-mail them to you. One at a time.

I think E-mail is the best way to do this now. But if anybody knows a better way, just post it.

Hey Nic, since July is coming up, for the song of the month, why dont you put up the rest of the concert so the people who want the whole show, can have it! Trying to get a whole concert these days is so hard. Plus I would love a copy of one of these "Long" shows.

hey! I'm new to this site but noticed your inquiry about what approach to use when restoring your mp3s...(sorry bout that!! I'd die twice over if that happened to my music!) My suggestion is to register on Audio Galaxy. I've been able to download plenty o' JD tracks from there and it's relatively easy to install the program on your puter. It's worth a try! lemme know how that works out!-extremeparanoya

isn't audiogalaxy down? or at least all the good stuff has been blocked off last i checked. that's why i'm asking for suggestions, cuz audiogalaxy was my first choice.

You need to be a little careful when e-mailing mp3 files......it's all about size! Most web-based e-mail providers (Hotmail, Yahoo) won't send or receive anything larger than 1Mb as an attachment. No use at all, because even if you encode them with a low bit rate, most mp3 files are around the 2 to 4Mb mark.

E-mail from an ISP is slightly better, for instance mine allows me to send attachments up to 4Mb, and there is no limit on incoming mail (well, only the ammount of free space on my hard drive).
