I have a belief, that some albums, or songs, have a certain relevance to our realities. While most of the said songs, for me are by Depeche Mode, NO still hold alot of them. I have really, gotten into Technique these days, hell even PCL. But as maligned and horrid as most of it is, Republic gets select tracks played quite frequently. I do tend to listen to Get Ready, but WFTSC gets way more plays. But back on topic, I've become obsessed with Technique, to the point of collecting all the soundboards from the tour. It's amazing, the place where i'll find myself listening to Dream Attack live.

Run Wild - oddly the melody is horrible, but the lyrics are what I think about women.
There was a time when I listened to Spooky when it summed my breakup.
But I never lived it town called liberty, so.. hardly. yeah.
This Time of Night, just for the title...so fucked getting out of work & having EVERYONE asleep. A little depressing and spooky.
probably some yo la tengo. i'm not sure what the hell tom courtenay is about overall, but the part where she sings " thinking about the way things are, thinking about the way things are," that line and the sound of the song best explains internally what i'm feeling.
new order's "procession" though i think has something to do with loss and moving forward,or trying to convince someone of the direction they're going in is not a good direction, probably wrong on that one too. does bernard even know what the songs he writes are even about? sounds silly, but its like he throws bits and pieces of things together and they have no one particular story or event within the song.
