Is this the one where there are 'electronic' type sounds on Transmission and an excellent longish version of No Love Lost?
If so, I do have this on a bootleg - good quality sound as well. A magnificent bootleg it has to be said - I think its German.
The bootleg also has a couple of demos from when Steve Borrowdale was in the band. Nice to have from a historical point but not very good tracks all the same.
Are you talking of the "Warsaw" or the "Remains"-bootlegs ???
You can find them very often on german e-bay... ![]()
It was Steven Brotherdale - Mickey lad - it's too early in the morning for me to tell if the BORROWdale bit was a gag;)
What's in a name, eh? Not an intended gag.
Anyways the vinyl bootleg I have is called Pearl Harbor and there are about 15-16 tracks on it.
It's a mates that I have, erm, borrowed for the last 14 years and was purchased in about '86 or '87 though I have no idea when it was 'released'.
YES MICKY MY MAN, 'NO LOVE LOST AND NOVELTY' ARE EXCELLENT AS WELL AS IAN'S VOICE SOUNDING LIKE HE WAS ON SPEED....THE BEST BOOTLEG I OWN! COLONY SOUNDS LIKE IT SHOULD..."FUCKIN AWESOME" BUY,BORROW,STEAL....

Dufford, St Andrews is a very gentrified area these days what with our shiny new stands an all. ;)
If anyone would like a copy of the aforementioned bootleg please ask Rocket Mick! But seriously I'm quite happy to tape it for anyone.
YES, ST ANDREWS HAS COME ALONG WAY SINCE I FIRST VENTURED UP THERE WITH OXFORD BACK IN 85'(LOTS OF BUILDING WORK, AND HAD A COUPLE OF BREEZEBLOCKS THROWN THROUGH OUR MINI-BUS WINDOWS...HO'HO') BUT I STILL THINK 'THE GOOD OLD BOYS' HAVE'NT FORGOTTEN ABOUT 'VICTORIA'
THIS YEAR' REALLY COULD BE OURS....
