Why are so many people on the New Order Message Board bitter and snide?

Actually my boss was a bitch....she was yelling at me banging her fist on the table so I walked out of work, came back next week, cussed her out, then got fired. In that sequence.

Ok fair enough....I admitted in one of my earlier posts that some of my posts are over the top. Unrational however is not a word. Maybe you meant "irrational". Notice the red line underneath the word doesn't appear when you use Irrational instead? And yet I get criticized for my grammar! Ha!

Someone else asked where I graduated from? I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology FYI. And just because I make insulting posts sometimes does not mean that I am a moron with no sense of humor. You obviously can't see me laughing behind my computer. I can make posts saying completely absurd things that I find funny. It doesn't mean that I'm not any less intelligent than any of you. It means that I have many sides to me, just like everyone, and one side is a silly uninhibited one.....

What also I don't get is how someone initially said in this thread that "New Order fans act like New Order".....Have you read Hook's blogs???>?!!!?!??!?!!?!? In one of his classic ones he attacks everyone in the band, saying things like "unlike them, I constantly like to be working", and declaring that New Order is over before even discussing it with his band mates. So if you wanna go by the logic that New Order fans act like New Order themselves, i'll revert to another thing Hook said either about or to his band mates: "You are no more New Order than I am!"....So with that logic, I act like New Order more than anyone else on this board!

Some people think that by acting like cunts they are replicating the New Order ethos and attitude, whereas in actual fact they are just being cunts.

I've seen similar (if not, worse) behaviour by morons on the oasisinet forums (forums of the official Oasis website). For example, when I said that I didn't understand the male obsession with masculinity over a certain topic they were talking about (I won't go into detail as this is not the forum to talk about it), one idiot called me a 'whore'.

The people who are taking the piss...well, you could probably notice that they're merely joking or taking the piss...and it's amusing. It's the people who are truly idiots that gain contempt from others on online forums.
