Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has ever noticed on 60MPH at around 2 min 10 secs in just how similar this sounds to This Time I'm Not wrong by Sub Sub with Barney from '97?

which part? the chorus? the verse?

i can't tell... 60mph is a much 'faster' song at 127 beats per minute..

'this time i'm not wrong' is much slower at 120...

it's hard to tell, i tried lining up some parts of it, but didn't hear the resemblance..

I guess it must be me then! thanks for the replies and details re the speeds of the 2 tracks.

It was the guitar work that just seemed to trigger the thought when I had Get Ready on the other afternoon.

not necessarily..

they might be in the same key..

also, there are chords that might be similar during the guitar parts..

finally, of course the way bernard sings, he uses similar vocalisations for words, and phrases... that might much..

i'm not a musician, i'm more of a remix/engineer type... so i can't help on that part..

Not really, This Time I'm Not Wrong has more of a tune.

It was back when Barney could still write a decent vocal melody
