From JD to NO (that book y'know?); question

Just a quick question, guyz.

Bought the book today, looks pretty good but is it? Also found the Everything's Gone Green 12" by the way and why exactly didn't Substance include Cries And Whispers???

the book is not great but a decent book to read on public transport or on a sunny beach. The highlights could be condensed to a thick pamphlet.

i thought the book was shit myself, its alright if you just want the facts not very entertaining though

There hasn't been a book yet that either tells you what really happened or anything remotely interesting. Now if the Mark Johnson book had been written by somebody they liked, it may have had some potential. The gig chronology has some potential, particularly to the likes of us who tend to follow them all over the shop and can identify with some of the episodes.
