Never seen those. Thanks!
This is great
Not newOrder but worth the watch.
Have a good one!!!
I love the little argument between Barney and Hooky at the beginning of this, a few cracks showing a think!
dunno how hidden these are..but nvm
* Big World Cafe '89 - Vanishing Point, Round n Round, Run
* New Order Play at Home - Thieves Like Us. That montage is to DIE for
* BLT French TV version from 1987
* Glastonbury 87 - Elegia
* NYC Riverside '82 - Temptation

i wonder if Barney still stands by his final statement?
Ouch!
I remember seeing this on PBS in '94 or '95- the episonde about "punk and rap", looked around for it a bit with no luck. Anyone know if you can get it on DVD?
Buck Hill wrote: not exactly hidden, but who said Barney can't dance?
ahhh...yes...the performance on TOTP right after he discovered Ecstasy...
:P

Yes! that is beautiful.... love the proto-thieves-like-us version played as well.

wow! never seen that... fantastic live take of BLT, has a few bass hiccups and the video quality is hilarious, but 99% of it is classic 1987 goodness.

1982, brand new material, must have been amazing to hear that live...
you have great taste imho 'Brotherhood all the way'... post more recommendations! :)
This always sends chills down my spine:
Many of you have probably already seen this one, but I think it's still cool:
By the way, I know the sound quality is pretty poor, but does anyone know which version of Round & Round is playing at the start of the Technique ad?
Going through some (VERY) old VHS tapes the other week from the mid-80's when we had our first VHS recorder, and guess what I find tacked on the end of one...mint 1st generation recording of NO doing State Of The Nation and Broken Promise on The Tube. We've all seen this before of course, but rarely in quality like this. Picture quality is A1!! I'll upload to youtube and post link here asap!

yeah, that Other Two video was a bit of a letdown.... i mean, i am rooting for them, and it is always great to see Gillian, but after about 1 minute the boredom hits.
surprised they didn't do more locations or poses or something else with this. it has promise.
anyone else want a 2nd Other Two lp, like in late 2010?
cmon!
There were two "Other Two" albums though: The debut "The Other Two And You", which was kind of playing it safe and the follow-up Superhighways which was much better received, though barely mentioned.
I too hope for a third album from Gillian and Steve sometime in the near future though.
