The happy one/Vietnam

Keep seeing these NO tracks mentioned but i've never heard them. Are they any good and where the hell can i get em??!!

'Vietnam' is on the charity CD ' Warchild- Hope' (it also features other artists..like Paul McCartney, David Bowie etc...etc).

(My mum owns the 'Hope' CD...and I like it.)

Thanks. Another thing i've always wondered is if the incidental music Steve and Gillian used to make for the BBC for show's such as 'Making Out' will ever be released?!! I'd love to hear this again but can't see any way this would ever be released other than breaking into Steve's studio and stealing the tapes!!!!

Aside from recording off some VHS copies...

Somebody somewhere posted the actual version of "Vanishing Point" they used in Making Out (recorded off the VHS), but I've lost it...

If only they'd release it on DVD/download/whatever, together with Common As Muck (great programme that)...

Yes I think their 'Making Out' take on Vanishing Point was on the 'Round and Round' CD. But it's been years... Bits of 'The Happy One' appeared on the 'Substance '89' vhs between tracks. Quite different from the Hooky version up there too!
