Is it any different to the other live versions? I must have more than 5 different occurances on different concert recordings and Ive never noticed... Anything in particular to look out for?

It has a cool ambiant intro, a harsher bass sequence, additionnal techno sounds, and the beat drum is the same one as True Faith mixed with a jungle beat.

Quite nice, actually!

Good work Seb!

is really quite a decent remix!

makes you wonder why they didnt remix more of Technique, it was perhaps their most obvious album to tweak to bits, instead they seemed to save that for Republic (digipacks)

Remember though, they did re-mix:

Round and Round (many versions) Fine Time (Fine Line etc.) Run (Run 2) Vanishing Point (for TV)

most other tracks were guitar based which don't usually attract the remix people (thank god).

Mr. Disco deserves a new mix though, granted. In fact, I would be happy with a Technique 2 with each track seeing a new sprinkle of NO magic.

Touched by the Hand of BIAS is nice. Although it was on a compilation dedicated to a rather dodgy football team....(sorry Mick!)

Alright, I managed to play my New Order Anthology Vol 10, Mr Disco is a pretty good version indeed, in Reading 89 and also in Glasgow, so I guess that was the version of the 89 tour.

I also took my New Order Videology Vol 3, and saw the Reading 89 video, we have Barney dancing at those inserted synth parts...!!

Nice version, I didn't remember it, would be very good in a peel session type of recording ;)

Well, this is one of my favorite on Technique, even if it has a so-so title.

The titles great Nick, it's the chorus which is a bit naughty. 10/10 for the syntoms also, and the echo things around half time.
