Have they ever played there - and if so were any of the fabled Vikings in attendance??!
Just wondering because British Sea Power played in Beijing, Taiwan and Hong Kong last week and three of their hardcore 'Third Battalion' travelled over to see them.
Does this usurp any Viking achievements? (was thinking Brazil for the final gig, but then there were obvious reasons for making that trip....)

I don't think so, although you could easily browse through the live section on this website to see where and when they've gigged.
I do recall Peter Hook mentioned about visiting Hong Kong, which was most likely a pre-97 HK.

No, Kevo, they haven't, although did play Honkers when it was still 'ours'.
However, the Vikings have made Oz. Which is further away. Which usurps any achievements by the 3rd, shirley?

That's right. There was thread here a few years ago to discover where this gig was, don't know if was by me, Tim or anyone else.
