Which side of the stage did the Vikings stay during the gig? (since there is no longer 'Hooky side')

Just got back from the London gig - just left of centre at the front

Didn't like the fact they came on to the theme from a Clockwork Orange - highly naff

I have a setlist from tonight

The list of songs is exactly the same order as Brighton - probably will be again for Manchester - but.....

"Sirens" was dropped

and all three encores were played - LWTUA very similar to latter day New Order, but a VERY unusual version of BLT - featuring Barney on vocals, and Jake and Phil on strummed acoustic guitars!

Earlier on (around 615 - I'd just arrived in the vicinity and walked past Heaven - the doors were open and the soundcheck of LWTUA was blaring out in all its glory! Wonder what else they soundchecked with?

Crystal, thanks whoever posted on youtube.

Some remarks:

  • So, the bass dude is doing the solo. It's note-by-note the same solo Hooky used to do (at least I think it is, sound quality is horrible)

  • Jake Evans is a terrible Dawn Zee

  • Phil doesn't fake he plays keys on this anymore

  • Some weird intro, no?

I was rather hoping that Bert was going to do that - a bit brave, considering it was Brighton!

They changed set slightly for london and manchester, dropping WFTSC and adding in LWTUA and an acoustic BLT to the encore
