Okay, arrived 5 minutes ago (what postal strike?) :p

Super Deluxe Boxset is obviously exactly the same as the Deluxe Boxset, with the t-shirt packaged seperately (not in the actual box).

Vinyl album has different artwork - black cover, embosed Bad Lieutenant logo. Booklet has the white "squiggle" cover, and there's also an artprint included.

The 7" single (BADLT01LTD) has the following tracks:

A - Sink Or Swim (Acoustic Mix) B - Higher Wider Deeper

There you go - the CD is the limited digipack, so I'll now go and listen to it and see if I can (hopefully!) like the album!

Bah...

I got two copies of the 7" in the box and not the CD with the two extra tracks which I have yet to hear!

And Higher Wider Deeper I will only ever be able to hear through the record player as I haven't got a clue how to get it onto my PC.

The box came with a a little label saying 'Checked by RS'. RS is obviously a blind twat.

"Higher Wider Deeper" is also a bonus track (#15) on the Japanese NCAT CD. You can order it relatively hassle free from the Japanese HMV site, delivery was under a week for me. It's quite nicely packaged... black logo cardboard slipcase and obi-strip. Everyone slagged the BL artwork but I quite like it especially the graphic equaliser logo. It's no Saville but less is more etc.

So far the only tracks not to reach CD are How Long from iChoons and the Acoustic mix of Sink or Swim which I didn't know existed until today.

My own "Super Fab Splendifirous Deluxe Ultra" Bad Lieutenant box-set is currently sitting up in Scotland so I won't see it until Xmas most likely.

Even then I'll probably just keep it sealed for minty mint purposes.

I got the BOOKLET in mine.Can't afford the box set though.Ally is being brave with the SEALED box set.It might have a crushed brick in it.Packed in Chorley for Townsend Records! :lol:

Now I'm glad I wasn't so fool to spend 55 quid for the Super Deluxe etc. I might have had regrets if they were two REALLY exclusive tracks, but HWD is also on the Japanese release and fuck the acoustic Sink Or Swim. And I don't need vynil BTW. Now, they could have dealt this very differently. I've been happy to pre-order the digipack with two bonus tracks, it was the release with most tracks I could order back then. Since then, the iTunes bonus track came out, and the Japanese release came out. Well I'm not buying the same album twice, I prefer to spend this money on the Freebass album when it's coming out! What they could have made was the regular CD, the digipack with two bonus tracks, and another 2CD edition with the two bonus tracks, the iTunes bonus track and the Japanese bonus track, and let people choose what pre-order do on the same fookin day! I would have certainly pre-ordered the 2CD edition and I would have been happy to spend up to 20 quid for that. But you can't ask me now, after I pre-ordered the digipack, to buy yet another CD. I've been happy to download How Long from iTunes, after all it's just 99 cents, but I would have been happier to have it on the CD I purchased. Fans who pre-order should be awarded with extra tracks and not be punished being forced to buy the same album twice for a bonus track.

Just got of a plane from sunny Gran Canaria to find out me dad had collected me the box set from the sorting office.

Very nice indeedy! t shirt wont fit a 10 year old tho!

Nothing exciting on the run out grooves although i just emptied everything out of the box and found a 1.5 inch x 1 inch piece of paper with the name NINA on it?

Anyone else got a bit of paper with NINA or any other name on it?

emailed townsend who have replied saying there is no booklet, is this bollocks customer services, or is there really no cd booklet? That does seem weird as there's hardly any info re the cd on the sleeve can someone confirm - it's the 14 track cd cat no badlt01cdl cheers

My understanding is that there's no booklet with the cd in the boxset because you get the big 12" booklet instead. If you buy the cd on it's own you get the booklet ( a cd size version of the 12" book in the box).

There is a MINTY MINT pull out with several pictures and details of each track in the FRONT of this Case.I can send a PHOTO taken by my cheap PHONE to someone if you want.I got mine from Amazon for less than £8 on the day AFTER release.Came 3 days Before MANC gig.You Know ME!
