I had a tape called Rarities. I cannot find anymore, is there anyone who can shed a light on it or anyone actually has it?

The track list is as follows (citing by memory):

Love Will Tear Us Apart [instrumental] As It Is As It Was Angel Dust [programmed beats] Angel Dust Let's Go (Waiting For So Long) Every Little Counts ... Lonesome Tonight Shellshock Sooner Than You Think [instrumental] ... Sputnik Touched By The Hand of God [instrumental]

I've got somewhere in my old wardrobe a compilation of 4 mp3 cds, called Rarities. Don't know if it's the same one :shrug:

That's one of the Alex Dart cassettes from the mid-80's. I have a digitized version of the one you're talking about (you nearly got the running order correct). This one was Rarities Vol. 2 and had an orange photocopied insert with Barney on the front.

Several of the recordings on the A-side were done during the soundcheck at Playhouse Theatre, Edinburgh, 11 September 1986.

Several of the tracks will be appearing over at Recycle.

I wonder if the whole Warner Brothers in-house cassettes of Run 2 are going to be corrected also in Recycle. There are a few glitches in several versions, especially at the end of the single versions.

Ah quite interesting, because I could never pin down where those recordings came from. In fact, you're the only person who recognized what I'm talking about :)
