Hooky mentioned this in a recent interview:

I’ve done a track for it with Phil Murphy who I did Manray with, I really like it, its called Tokyo Joe.

So it's not actually Freebass.

Two tracks by Manray featured on his recent Acid House Classics compilation late last year.

I found the link for the MP3 file. Technically this is not piracy as the link is on the official FAC251 website.
