new order represented on record store day again

this time it's a 10" Factory Records: Communications 1978 – 92 (10inch sampler – Joy Division, New Order, Happy Mondays & The Durutti Column) (Rhino Records 750 only)

Tempest record store in Birmingham is closing down soon.Shame.

the NEU! 12" is the one i'm most looking forward to. its a sampler of the neu! boxset which costs £160 - i don't think I can afford that, so i'll make do with the 12"

Not really an "exclusive" like the UK 10", but the Joy Division boxset is being sent out to retailers for Record Store Day in the US. See here.

I am guessing Rhino still has a lot of these in stock and is trying to get rid of them.

the blur release is going for a tidy sum on ebay. got my factory one though, so happy with that

Yeah, very true - I do wish that some of those "limited editions" would have been in higher numbers... I mean, 4 copies per record shop?

I got the 10" Factory record. I'm not happy with the drawing of the useless Gordon Brown on the sleeve.
