the NEU! 12" is the one i'm most looking forward to. its a sampler of the neu! boxset which costs £160 - i don't think I can afford that, so i'll make do with the 12"

Not really an "exclusive" like the UK 10", but the Joy Division boxset is being sent out to retailers for Record Store Day in the US. See here.

I am guessing Rhino still has a lot of these in stock and is trying to get rid of them.

That's what happens when you massively overprice something.

Not surprisingly several of these have popped up on Ebay.

my favourite listing on there mentions 'Selling simply because I need the money'

i.e... you had no money, so on Saturday you went and bought a record that you didn't need. twats.

Yeah, very true - I do wish that some of those "limited editions" would have been in higher numbers... I mean, 4 copies per record shop?

...and it wouldn't be a proper Factory/NO/Rhino issue if it didn't incorrectly list the re-recorded 'Ceremony' as the Original Version...

Sounds good though.

Was it Old Blue's candid manner or high street aftershave that drew you in?

I got the 10" Factory record. I'm not happy with the drawing of the useless Gordon Brown on the sleeve. :nono:

Sounds good though.

How is it possible to cock-up every release featuring New Order?
