Excellent pics, that new eccleshall looks every bit as stunning as I thought it would.

Any chance of a translaton of the article?

sort of.... ;)

"Between sweet and bitter, between goose bumps and disappointment, between genuine and imitation, between punk and ponk, between legend and old-fashioned ...

It is difficult to express what I felt when "digital" started to sound and what was before me it wasn't skinny Ian but a fifty boy-faced man hugged to his bass (which was played only three times), and recalling the old days when he was the bassist in a group that broke the mold.

Good sound, good musicians, good songs, but a very strange feeling to hear live a music that is not of this era, music of memories that, despite the doubts and the desire it had to live, it can never express or transmit the times that they lived in Manchester of the 70's.

Well, either way, I can never deny i shivered when in songs such as "disorder" I closed my eyes, and the sound has gotten through my body moving me to a corner of the legendary Factory ..."

I really like that new Eccleshall bass. It's good to see him so fit; far better than his last few years with New Order.

With his new physique and that Polo shirt I think we've found the next Ralph Lauren model.

i've read some reviews about FIB and all seem to agree the band sounded fantastic but Hooky sounded poorly. and everyone critisized the fact that he barely plays his bass during the whole show. to be honest i also think it's a shame that he has to be the frontman because he's not really good at it and he can't do what he does best that is to play his bass. maybe he has to think about at least sharing the main vocals with someone else and i guess the show will be more interesting... no?
