The song is catchy too. (But I liked the video more than the song.)

This is extremely old news, but a great video! It's more or less a frame-by-frame remake. Arthur Baker also participated to recreate some of his scenes.

Holy Ghost!'s recent Static on the Wire EP also ripped off Barbara Kruger's poster for "The Perfect Kiss" film.

Holy Ghost! are worth checking out, DFA just released their new album.

This is great. Been listening to Holy Ghost! a lot, but had not idea of the band's videos. Well done!

Also, in case folks didn't figure it out already - Nancy Whang from LCD Soundsystem/The Juan Maclean has the starring role in the video.

Glad they kept that high kicking moment in though it looks normal with a woman doing it as opposed to a man in shorts and knee high socks.

Saw Holy Ghost! open up for Cut Copy in San Francisco last week. They had some nice sequenced basslines but the tracks weren't particularly memorable.

Cut Copy however were superb. A few clips are on youtube

They've got an EP out with FRIENDLY FIRES entitled HOLD ON/ON BOARD....On board being the HOLY GHOST contribution. Bloody great tune. I'm playing it on tonight's show...

Nice video! Really cool to see such a loving and faithful recreation of the Confusion video. Its also cool to compare and contrast the two to see how NYC has changed.

Also, given that I live in NYC, it was kinda cool to recognize some places that I pass on foot all the time. :)

However, in the original video, NO had better style and haircuts. :)

Holy Ghost! just released a new video for Wait and See from their recently released self-titled album on DFA.

This one stars the duo's fathers. There is, however, another New Order reference in the video. There's a nice big FACTUS 8 poster in the background.
