Thieves Like Us Channel Swap?

here we go then.... just noticed on TOTAL that TLU appears to have different L/R channels from previous versions (at least the versions on the corrected remastered bonus discs). The hi-hat is usually mainly on the right channel but now on TOTAL appears to be in the left. Which is the correct version?

Sorry just like to add, i think the remastering in general is pretty good on Total. Slightly less top end and more bass, especially noticeable on Temptation where previously the 7" version was a tad tinny and a bit painful to listen to.

Oddly though the later tracks Krafty and Crystal don't sound that great compared to previous versions making Hellbent sound pretty chunky in comparison. Glad to hear the older tracks sounding good though!

It's probably because they were overlimited and crushed on the previous CD issues, therefore sounding a lot louder/brighter etc. The mastering on Total is the best yet for a JDNO CD, clean and retaining the dynamics of each track.

yes indeed, didn't consider that. slightly annoying how warners have now finally 'mastered' the mastering after all the reissues have been released. oh well..
