Peter Hook & The Light will return to the United States in September 2011, as well as performing their first ever dates in Canada and Mexico. The band will return to New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston & Chicago to perform Joy Division's seminal second album "Closer", as well as visiting Denver, Toronto, Montreal, Tijuana, Guadalajara & Mexico City for the first time to perform their timeless debut "Unknown Pleasures".

Rome please!!! Saw the UP gig here last November and loved it, why oh why do bands always shy away from the Eternal City?

Any plans to do Seattle again for Closer?

Maybe you can squeeze in one gig between Denver and Chicago in Kansas City. It's a lovely city, a lot of stuff going on there, a lot of bands come to play, a lot of various venues there.

So glad to see you guys are returning to Boston. The first show was great, wouldn't miss this for the world.

Unfortunately when we go back to the US in September we will not be visiting Seattle, gutted because I loved it there!

We are squeezing a new date in between Denver and Chicago but unfortunately it will not be in Kansas City :( Hope to visit there in the future perhaps.

It is true we are announcing dates for Mexico very soon but they will not be for July/August, they will take place just after the USA/Canada shows at the start of October.
