Has Anyone Still Not Received Their Deluxe Edition?

I just ordered a regular CD edition through Amazon.

BTW, I always wondered if there is a way to print just one t-shirt with your own design?

There are places where you can do that, some shops and websites but for just one shirt you are looking at £15 - £20.. most of them will not make one though if the image/design is copyright...

I'm away next month and could do with some money. Debating whether or not to ask for a refund..

Anyway, the "bundle" would have been the CD and t-shirt for a cheaper price than buying them seperately... If you still want a t-shirt, Norbert, you can have mine (it's XL) - it's still wrapped! :)
