I really like J-E-T....it was my favorite track off of WFTSC. I guess I am the only one here who likes it, haha.
NOOL has been great, kept me aware of what was happening with the band (I knew the 2005 US dates before anywhere else and was able to get tickets because of NOOL) and have had some great conversations with people on here.
It's prompted me to listen to tracks I haven't listened to in a long time, it's provided me with a a bunch of people I consider "mates" in the online sense! and encouraged me in my own music making, so all in all I have a lot to thank NOOL for. it's a shame the band and their fans seem to spend so much time fighting, but that's the way that it goes.

..........never mind all that bollards mr jed........I sent you a message on your youtube channel and you ain't replied yet.....get a move on lad, eh?........
........check out Underneaththestring man............
I guess some of the stuff I pick up on here adds a little depth to the music (as in how some of it came about) but thats about it.
Personally Id take Jetstream over We All Stand anyday.

Sorry mate, I'll take that as a kick up the arse and get a reply sent
How? That's an odd question.
What NOOL has done though is that it opened my eyes - through HELPFUL links to interviews - at what state the real relationship is in the band and other negativity that I would not have wanted to know so literally.

Going off the album versions, I'd say Jetstream is better than We All Stand. We All Stand is epic live though.

"Three miles to go" sang Bernard.
Felt like three frigging years..
Could've got there quicker by plane, using the Jetstream.
Wouldn't necessarily say it helped me enjoy the music, coz I enjoyed before NOOL came along.
However, it's a great place to hang out and waste time with like-minded people (especially when wanting to kill a few minutes before leaving work for the day, as I'm doing now!).
A very BIG thank you to the moderators and chaps who keep NOOL running.... we'd certainly all miss it if it was gone.

Don't blame me for that. It was the Brazilian postman ![]()
The sarcasms, put downs, arguments, feuds, rants (and thats just the band members
)
Honestly, I dont think its made one jot to my enjoyment of the music. I loved NO before I came on here and still do.
