Don't suppose someone is cashing in on the Recycle project?

Yes of course they are

I don't see how. They are cashing in on the limited number of singles box sets surely (all now sold out)?

Just wondering where the source of the recordings was coming from. Can't see anyone with any sense ripping them from any official source especially when there are excellent unofficial recordings on a tolerated site. In which case they would be selling a product that is freely available (albeit in a different format).

Which is what I think they are doing. It's also now NOT freely available.

Also, two tracks on this boot were not featured in Recycle, being tracks from Closer (unless they did do Closer and I missed it).

Bootleggers don't give a toss about sources and pleasing fans etc, it's just about seeing a gap in the market and expoliting it for $$£money£$£, not much else.

I don't think there's anything there different than what was in the official JD singles box - and those were remastered by Stephen Morris, so someone has likely recorded the singles into their computer, used basic de-clicking software, and pressed them up as LPs. Not worth it.

As I collector of vinyl myself, I thik it can't be anything less than rubbish!
