London was mentioned as a defo go'er.

It's been on the cards since the charity gigs were announced. US dates also planned according to Hook's source. They will be playing the Manchester Apollo too.

Didn't Bernard say in some German magazine recently that if the charity gigs went well, there would be more in the new year?

If the US tour dates materialise it would mean that, in the middle of all the anger, Hooky was speaking the truth.

Kind of get the feeling that if they did announce they'll play Brixton it'd sell out in minutes whereas the 2005 gig there allegedly struggled with ticket sales at first? Wasn't there reports of tickets selling slowly at first for that gig? Although it was eventually packed out if not sold out.

Na it was knackered.. I got a ticket off a tout outside for a pack of fags half an hour before.

A great gig it was.
Well anyway, i feel there's not a great need to worry about getting tickets for any show before the end of the year, there'll be plenty opportunity to catch em'. I reckon they're going to become a sad karaoke cabaret act(obviously many will say they've been that for some years now) , minus former members, touring relentlessly for the next five years and maybe even beyond like Human League or ABC:(

Meanwhile Hooky could tour everything he's ever done, which will be great as long as he skips Revenge. And we'll rip the shit out of both projects but spend our money on them anyway. Who knows...
Apparently the Band are also looking at playing
a few festivals next year

Revenge were great.
As for Hooky side projects, musically I prefer Monaco instead. But that is just my taste.
There's a gig scheduled to Brazil at Ultra Music Festival - December 3rd, in São Paulo.
Revenge are my least favorite NO-related project by a cuntry mile. The EP's fine, but the first set of tunes was shoddy, unfocussed and essentially just an excuse for Hooky to tour and dabble in some dodgy S'n'M imagery.
IMHO.. Pineapple Face, Slave, Bleachman, Deadbeat, Jesus.... Are fabulous songs. I think the production was really good and was a departure from New Order. Saw them live in a dingy club in Manchester; The International (now no more), it was a great gig. Then at Heaton Park. They were more of a small venue band.
