I think I remember reading a long time ago that Arthur Baker worked with the Soul Sonic Force is this true? I notice whenever I listed to the confusion dub I hear resemblence to some of those old 80s breakdancing elecric funk tracks like Planted Rock and Planet Patrol. Does he have a connection to that genre?

Er, as far as I'm aware Arthur Baker actually co-wrote Planet Rock with Afrika Bambaataa. And also produced said record.
AB also produced and co-wrote "IOU" with Freez around that time. Well, actually he just took most of Confusion, and turned it into "IOU"....
I booked Afrika Bambaattaa back in '98. I've never met a bigger (literally!) a-hole in my whole life.

Erm, I mean he was an areshole! Rude, arrogant and incredibly hard work. I don't think his big ass was too comfortable on the EasyJet flight we booked him on from Luton hence the attitude! As a DJ he sucked. Bizarrely decided that the Glasgow hip hop massive wanted to hear a set made up of about 80% house and 20 % Miami Booty Bass!??!
