You can digitise a vocal live from the mixer desk, so doing that live would be quite possible. :shrug:

Erm, it's Hooky on the recording - not Barney or anyone else slowed down.

Although it's a processed Hooky voice it doesn't seem to be altered in anyway so I guess it's just Hooky close up to the mic. in a hushed tone.

Barney mimed it on TOTP when it was released back in ... the eighties! ... and a review of the song stated it was Hooky.

It does sound like a Hooky effected 'growl' doesnt it

re: TOTP Huntsy.....I thought it was the other way around, there was something wrong with the programmed voice, and Barney actually sung that bit live, I'll have to watch it again later :nod: But then again, I'm probably wrong....I usually am;)
