It's interesting that it seems as though the newer members (Phil and Tom) were those pushing harder for older material to be restored to the set. Maybe we've got them to thank for getting some old classics back in there.
Interesting that Bernard talks about the great bass lines from Pete. He aslo talks about the fact that Peter never told them he was doing the Closer stuff.

Random fact... when Hook put out that Revenge anthology "One True Passion V2.0" in 2004 none other than Mr Phil C played guitar on the two new/reworked songs "Televive" and "The Wilding".
So he was "in Revenge" briefly Gets around, does Phil

I don’t know, there’s something about it don’t, Every time I play it I just think, “Wow”... and ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart,’ I just think these songs that have so much history and they belong to the people and to be able to play that. I grew up listening to those songs and now to be on stage with those guys playing those songs is amazing.

"I used to be really good friends with him," says Cunningham, "Then you could tell he didn't wanna be in the band any more. Maybe in an ideal world Hooky would still be in the band - sorry to say that, Tom. But things change, life goes on."
