" I'm not against them playing, but what I'm rallying against is the business dealings they've done to secure the New Order trademark, which is oppression of a minority, which is illegal."

I hope that years from now, Hooky can look back and recognize how truly crazy he sounded during this point in his life.

New Order = the new segregation! Or so says a bitter old man who dumped his friends and got pissed they didn't just go home and mope forever.

Sorry Hooky, their lives didn't crumble when you walked away. They went on living. Try doing the same.

They also said in response to Hook's comments: "People living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones or their recent fake DJing YouTube hit might need to be recalled. Keep watching."

As undignified as all this, I have to say that they have a point, and I guess this means that Lost Sirens will actually be just that. Lost!

They've taken the New Order name and the trademark and basically thrown me 50p and said 'That's all your worth twatface

Poor Hooky, I'm going to see if I can throw him another 50p, I think if I sell my Revenge CDs I could make nearly that.

Just when I thought it could'nt get worse....

I don't think there's any need to say those things, it's just getting nasty now.

Hooky mate, I know you read this stuff and I guess you know how a lot of the fans feel. I think it should be left to courts to sort out now. I've supported NO and your own career for years, but I'm actually starting to feel a wee bit sad when I play something. We need the good vibes back again!

Nothing to stop NO playing them live though as a gift to tha fans; could even make a special event of it for charity.

On the plus side, if this goes to court they'll all need more money to pay the legal fees, should mean a lot more gigs for the future.

It just gets worse and worse. Guess now we know why Technique tracks don't get played much!

In case any of you wonder what "Oppression of The Minority" actually means..http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shareholder_oppression

So... is Hooky being prevented from exiting the corporation? No. He's left the band, and free, I suppose to sell his interest to anyone else as a private agreement.

Are band activities harming the economic interests? Well, they are playing live to promote a record that Hooky is blocking from release, and presumably paying Hooky writers royalties on the songs, so probably not. They are also not preventing Hook touring, or playing live, or re-recording old material and selling it, so they are not preventing him from making an income.

If anything, in fact, Hook's blocking of the release of their new record is actually harming New Order's income generation. And, by the way, my ears.
